3. Pricing & Payments

Meruim reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unauthorized transactions.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

Shipping Time:
Estimated delivery time for all locations is 6–10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

5. Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
