How to replace the Filters
Proper maintenance ensures your Meruim Filtered Showerhead continues delivering clean, purified water for healthier skin and hair. Replacing the filter regularly helps maintain optimal performance and water quality.
Why Replace the Filter?
Over time, the filter captures impurities, sediment, and contaminants from your water. As it fills, its effectiveness gradually decreases. Regular replacement ensures maximum filtration, consistent water pressure, and long-lasting performance.
What You’ll Need
-
A new Meruim replacement filter (compatible with your model)
-
A soft cloth or towel
-
Optional: Rubber gloves for extra grip
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1 — Turn Off the Water
Ensure the water is completely turned off to prevent leaks or splashing during replacement.
Step 2 — Unscrew the Bottom Section
Hold the showerhead firmly and twist the bottom section counterclockwise to open the filter compartment. Use a soft cloth or gloves for better grip if needed.
Step 3 — Remove the Used Filter
Gently pull out the old filter, taking care not to damage the internal components.
Step 4 — Clean the Housing
Inspect the filter chamber for debris or mineral buildup. Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth if necessary.
Step 5 — Insert the New Filter
Align the new filter correctly and insert it into the housing. Ensure it fits securely without forcing it.
Step 6 — Reattach the Bottom Section
Screw the bottom section back on clockwise. Tighten firmly by hand, but do not overtighten.
Step 7 — Test for Leaks
Turn the water back on and check for any leaks. If needed, tighten slightly until fully sealed.
